3. Scope of Partnership

  • Resellers authorized to promote, sell, and support Company products within approved territory.
  • Partnership is non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Must represent Company's brand, products, and pricing accurately.

10. Technical Support

  • Limited to Company products unless specified.

11. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate if:

  • Reseller violates terms
  • Misrepresents Company or products
  • Fails payment obligations
  • Engages in unethical activities

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Company not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Reseller responsible for own customer commitments unless otherwise agreed.

13. Amendments

  • Company may update Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

  • Terms governed by laws of India.
  • Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Company's registered state courts.
